Sorry, but I haven't been that good at following the program for the past two days. I have exercised, done my scripture reading, flossing, etc. but I have a hard time keeping track of the good and bad foods I've eaten. Probably because I eat so many of the bad ones. :o(
I'm kind of like Traci and in the moving process, but I'll try to do better.
