Week 1 Daily Calendar items

Each of these items is worth 5 points.  You can earn a total of 35 points weekly.  If you forget to do a day, you can add it to the next day and report it there.

Week 1 Daily Calendar items:

Monday:  Write a thank-you note or email to someone.

Tuesday:  Floss your teeth.

Wednesday:  Sit down and read something enjoyable for 15 minutes.

Thursday:  Post on this blog--report on how you're doing!

Friday:  Eat an item on the Bad Foods list and don't report the points lost. :)

Saturday:  Spend time with your family doing something fun.

Sunday:  Write down 10 things you're grateful for.
