Here are just a few examples--feel free to add to this Good Foods list!  You can earn a total of 10 daily points for good foods eaten.

Oatmeal (old fashioned is the most nutritious, but you can also use plain minute oatmeal)

Hot Whole Grain Cereals

Eggs, egg whites, or eggbeaters

Low sugar, high fiber cereal

Skim or 1% milk
