Bad Foods List

If you eat a serving of one of these (or really any food you consider a weakness or bad food for YOU), you lose 2 points.  There is NO limit on how many points you can lose for eating bad food, so be careful. :)  Don't worry, though, several Daily Calendar items will allow you to cheat here and there.

Sugar cereal or low fiber cereal

White bread

White pasta

White rice

Fried food

Bakery items, such as muffins, cake, or pie

Soda or other drinks with sugar

Regular mayo or regular sour cream

Ice Cream or yogurt with more than 20 grams of carbs per serving

Potato chips, Cheetos, Fritos, Doritos, Cheezits, crackers, ETC.

Any cookie

Chocolate candy

Bagels or donuts

High sugar or high carb bars such as granola bars, Cliff bars, Pop Tarts

Hot dogs

Candy bars

You know your body … put anything else on this list that isn’t good for you!
